Gymnastics For All
Pembroke Athleta Gymnastics Club welcomes children aged 18 months and upwards, offering a wide range of gymnastics programmes designed to suit every age, ability, and ambition.
Our mission is to nurture each gymnast's potential while developing strength, agility, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a positive and supportive environment. We believe gymnastics is for everyone, providing opportunities for children to discover the sport, develop new skills, and enjoy an active lifestyle.
From our youngest beginners taking their first steps in gymnastics to aspiring athletes progressing through our competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics programme, we offer pathways that support every gymnast's individual journey.

At Pembroke Athleta Gymnastics Club, our gymnasts are introduced to a wide range of gymnastics disciplines, including floor, vault, beam, uneven bars, trampoline, and tumbling. Our programmes are designed to develop essential physical skills such as strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, and body awareness.
We pride ourselves on providing a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to learn. Our professionally qualified coaching team works with each gymnast according to their age, ability, and individual pace, helping them build confidence while developing their skills.

From a child's very first forward roll to performing confidently on the competition floor, our coaches provide the guidance, encouragement, and support needed at every stage of their gymnastics journey. Whether your child participates for fun, fitness, personal development, or has aspirations of competing, we focus on individual progress rather than comparison. Skills are introduced progressively, with each gymnast given the time and opportunity to build the strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and technical ability needed to move forward safely.
